Bok Choy is delicious! And there’s a really simple method to make bok choy at home.
In a skillet or wok, heat one tablespoon of oil and cook the garlic till it’s nice and fragrant. This might usually take about 1 to 2 minutes.
Then mix in the bok choy, cook and stir till the green stem area turns a brighter shade of green. The stalks will also become a little more translucent. Cook for about 10 minutes, turning the bok choy over so that every inch of it is nicely cooked and coated with garlic flavour.
When you serve, just sprinkle with some salt and pepper (if necessary). You can serve it with or without the garlic/oil gravy.
